Thank you for stopping by P3 and reading my post. I have been writing online for the US since 2009 and I enjoyed doing travel files very much. I also managed a UK blog called worldhealthnow.com. Before joining P3, I had other writing gigs for the US that focused on travel. Besides online writing, I enjoy reading, taking good photos, eating good food, strolling in the mall, watching television, and playing with the house puppy, Maxine. I want you to read all of my P3 posts as they will be worth your time. I am Maggie Tan, reporting for P3.

Only in the Philippines, there is a Chinese dimsum restaurant known as the Gloria Maris Dimsum Kitchen which always satisfies the hungry bellies of its patrons. In this restaurant, famous and regular people have dined and kept on coming back. It is because the recipes that they have are simply irresistible, tempting, and original. The dimsum is freshly cooked for the joy of the diners to eat them hot. Chinese dimsum is best served hot.

There are dimsum carts that are circulated around the restaurant for the pleasure of the diners to choose their coveted meal. The popular dimsum selections include the large siopao, small siopao, dumplings, and siomai. Dimsum is always served in large brown circular containers. Besides the sumptuous dimsum, meat, fish, and vegetables are also part of the variety. They also serve congee and rice. Their congee selection is complemented with egg and chips. As for the rice, they have the specialty Chinese dish of Yang Chow. These make up only the main part of the meal.

Whether you dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner, there will always be freshly-cooked Chinese dimsum served on your table. Their mouth-watering desserts are also going to make you come back for more. They have mango sago, black gulaman, and coffee jelly among others. All of these desserts are highly recommended for all the diners. Back then, Gloria Maris Dimsum Kitchen was known as Gloria Maris Dimsum and Noodles. It is part of the restaurant chain, Gloria Maris Shark’s Fin restaurant. The expansion of Gloria Maris Dimsum Kitchen into so many branches around the city is impressive.
